The Best Twin Buggy

This inline double is designed to expand with you and your family. It comes with a variety of seating options that can be used for twins or children of different age groups. The foam-filled tires will never flatten, and its soft suspension is perfect for kerbs.

It folds super-flat and meets the weight requirements of airlines gate-checks which makes it easy to carry around. It also comes with an enormous underseat storage basket, as well as a four-panel sun canopy.

Leclerc Influencer

With its sleek design, auto-fold and cabin approved dimensions the Leclerc Influencer is an excellent choice for travelers. Its folded (and unfolded) width is 47cm which is slightly more than the IATA standard of 45cm but it still meets the airline's hand luggage regulations and can be stored in the overhead lockers during flights (Subject to Airline Approval). It was easy to clean with a wipe and there were many extras like nappy nappy, footmuffs and buggie organiser bags that clip onto handles, and hoods with UV50+ protection.

We love it's compact when folded, and that it is able to fit easily into small spaces like shops narrow alleyways, and Jane's tiny terrace house - and it's even more convenient to maneuver up and down the stairs. The bumper bar can also serve as an handle. There's also a large brake that is flip-flop compatible and has a colour indicator. The basket is smaller than other models, but it can still accommodate a large changing bag. There are also tray compartments to store snacks, drinks and toys.

It is suitable from birth. The adaptors are available separately to use it in conjunction with a Leclerc Baby Carrycot. The clever backrest can be flattened to make it suitable for long walks or naps.  lightweight double stroller -point harness that is magnetic makes it easy to use. It's also super light at 6.6kg and includes a travel bag.

Joie Evalite Duo

British brand Joie is dedicated to "sharing joy with parents who are expecting" by creating pushchairs that are "functional and innovative, as well as stylish". The Evalite Duo is their latest twin buggy. It is designed to carry two children at the same time, unlike the slightly heavier Aire Twin. It also offers stadium seating that allows both children to see the world around them.

Weighing just over 10kg, the Evalite Duo is one of the lightest sibling strollers on the market. It is suitable for use from birth and can be used in conjunction with a Joie car seat or carrycots. It's easy to drive, ride, lift and fold and the clever frame expands widthways to accommodate the second seat.

Out 'n' About say the one-handed fold is a major feature of the Evalite Duo, and they were impressed with how quickly and easily it can be put together. However, they did observe that it was more difficult to navigate bumps and rough surfaces than other models.

They also point out that the front seat can't fully recline, and they had to make use of their hands to pull it to a comfortable position which they would prefer not to be forced to do when traveling with small children. The Evalite Duo, however, is a fantastic stroller that could be improved by a few tweaks. They are impressed by how compact it is when folded.

iCandy Peach

iCandy Peach, a sophisticated tandem buggy, offers parents the variety they need. It's compatible with a wide range of car seats. It also has a an easy-to-fold system that folds in one click, making it easy for families on the go. It also comes with plenty of extras that rival brands are charging separately for, such as rain covers and liners.

iCandy Peach is a favorite for parents who are fashion-conscious, thanks to its stylish and modern jersey fabric. The new 2022 Peach has been updated with minor tweaks to enhance performance and functionality without sacrificing style.

One of the biggest improvements to this latest Peach is the addition of a ride-onboard, which makes it an ideal choice for twins. It's also a bit more compact than older Peach models, but that doesn't stop it from providing all the space you'll require for your child.

This is an excellent double stroller for those who want something sleek and adaptable. You can use it as a single pram from birth, and then purchase the double kit to make it into a twin buggy. It also comes with a large basket and five reclining positions to ensure maximum comfort for your child. It also comes with a single-handed fold as well as an integrated carry strap. The only issue is that it could be quite heavy to store when you aren't using it, especially as it folds into two parts rather than one.

iCandy Orange

This is the top twin buggy on the market. The seats can be fitted with liners and footmuffs that keep your children warm in cold winter months. The carrycot is easy to attach using the gate-opening side flaps. It is large and comfortable. The seat and carrycot can be set up in various configurations, and the Orange chassis offers 30 combinations.

The wheels are specially designed to tackle pavements and rough terrain, and there's an enormous shopping basket beneath that is ideal for big supermarket shops. The pushchair is light and easy to drive. The rounded pedal brake makes it simple to use, but not for flip-flops. The latch that holds it folded needs two hands to open. Once it's collapsed the front wheels slide under the basket, and the chassis is free to stand.

The Orange is ideal for parents who are fashion-conscious and have a baby or toddler and need a buggy that will be able to grow with their children. It's also a good option for parents who are expecting an additional child in the near future who require a flexible double pushchair. The iCandy Orange may not be inexpensive but its versatility could ensure it will last for a long time and increase its resale price. It can also take a buggy board which should aid in reducing sibling fights over seats!

Mountain Buggy Duet

The company was founded by a New Zealander, Mountain Buggy (part of the Mokopuna group, which also owns Phil and Teds and Baby Jogger) is the first pram brand to focus on all-terrain double pushchairs. The Duet twin stroller is easily maneuvered around narrow aisles for shopping and through doorways. It is among the smallest and most feature-packed double buggies on the market and has been awarded numerous awards including Mother & Baby Twin Gold in 2014 and Prima Baby Twin Silver in 2015.

The seats are small enough to allow children of various ages to sit comfortably together. They also have an independent reclined so that children can pick their preferred seating position. The large canopy has an adjustable sun visor that can be removed, and the storage basket is spacious. It is compatible with two infant car seats when you buy of car seat adapters.  compact double stroller  works with nearly all brands that are available, which is a huge advantage.

The only issue is the weight. At 32.4 pounds, it is heavy to lift into and out of the trunk and might be difficult for Grandma to handle. It's priced higher than other double side-by-side buggies. However, it has been designed to last and offers a lot of features for the money. It's a good option for urban parents who wish to avoid lugging a heavy stroller around. And, the straps that are padded and buckles with five points ensure that it is safe for infants.

Bugaboo Donkey Twin

The Bugaboo Donkey Twin has a fashionable and functional design. It's a top-quality product, but it's not without flaws.

For one, it offers very little in terms of extra conveniences for both the children and parents. There's a small bin beside the seat that can only be used when the seat is connected - and that's the only thing it offers. There aren't any cups, tray for parents or accessory pockets. This could be a problem during long trips.

The seats also don't recline to a flat position, and the space between them is a bit wide, so our 5-year-old was unable to lie back in a comfortable position. That's a shame considering it's a top-of-the-line model.

On the positive side, it's a easy to maneuver and the swivel wheels work well at getting up steep slopes and steps. It's also slim enough to pass through most doors and folds up easily for stress-free storage and transportation. It can also be turned into mono mode with just three clicks if you ever need some more room or a quick getaway. It can even accommodate a third kid with the comfort wheeled board if you're required to. It is expensive though so when you're on a tight budget, there are other options out there. If you like the brand and can afford it, it's worth the price.
